We executed a complete visual and strategic reset of Firefly’s social ecosystem. Instead of continuing corporate-led communication, we introduced a Visual Refresh that balanced lifestyle storytelling with aviation credibility, creating a more contemporary and engaging feed. We structured Platform-Specific Content Pillars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, aligning content formats with each platform’s behavioural trends and algorithm dynamics. To ensure consistency and premium execution, we developed updated moodboards, feed mockups, and aesthetic guidelines, strengthening visual coherence across all touchpoints. Most importantly, we shifted messaging toward Content Localisation, transforming posts from corporate updates into relatable, travel-driven storytelling that resonated authentically with Malaysian audiences. This repositioning modernised the brand without compromising its operational identity.
